  • Jen does a great job of creating plans that are challenging, yet don’t overload your body. She is incredible at communication and will work around injuries and checks in to make sure things are going well. Honestly can’t recommend Jen enough if you’re looking for a trainer who’s knowledgeable and also personable.

  • Jen is very meticulous and prepared when it comes to the gym. She always had the workouts ready when I got there and went at a pace I needed but also pushed me. If I was feeling weak one day she would let me go at a comfortable weight but if I was just not wanting to do more work she would nudge me in the right direction and suggest going up in weight some. She is big on stretching and taking care of yourself, not just with working out, but making sure there are rest days and that you stay hydrated! She’s the best!!
